Our courses at Perrywood Tiptree offer a unique opportunity to learn how to cook using a charcoal, gas, pellet barbecue and a pizza oven.

Menu:

  • Grilled sardines with a salsa Verde.
  • Cedar plank crostini with goats’ cheese, fig, and honey.
  • Mediterranean Scottish langoustine with garlic, parsley butter.
  • Moules Cidre with focaccia bread.
  • Spatchcock rotisserie peri peri chicken.
  • BBQ Côte de Boeuf with Café De Paris Butter.
  • Apple tarte tartin with vanilla cream.

 

Barbecue with Perrywood - The taste of the Mediterranean

(Learn how to up your game when it comes to cooking food in a variety of ways and leave feeling like an expert chef.) 

  • Saturday, 27 July 2024:12pm to 3pm
  • Sunday, 28 July 2024: 12pm to 3pm

Each course is 3 hours long with a maximum of 18 people per session. Please make sure you arrive 15 minutes before the start time.

You will be divided into small groups to get hands on with the barbecues, taste delicious food samples and learn from an expert. You will be using charcoal, gas, pellet barbecues and a pizza oven including Kamado Joe, Weber, Ooni, Broil King and Traeger.

Every participant will receive a one time 10% off barbecue accessories voucher (to be used on the day of the course), all the recipes, a Perrywood apron as well as a certificate.

 

 

Terms and conditions:

Full refunds will only be issued if 7 days notice has been given by the participant. If cancelled less than 7 days before the event date, no refund will be issued, unless we are able to resell the ticket.

If our chef/team are unable to run a course we will notify you as soon as we can. This may mean a change in the course date and time. If you are unable to attend the new date a refund will be offered.
