What age group are our Garden Explorer session suitable for?

Classes are only suitable for 4-10 year olds. Tasks and activities will be tailored to the age group of the class. We cannot under any circumstances accept any child under the age of 4 or older than 10.

How can I find more information about Garden Explorers?

Through Perrywood Garden Explorers we want to help children to be curious about trees or plants, birds or insects in the garden – connecting them with nature at home, at school or while out and about.

Garden Explorers is an opportunity for children to learn, stimulate their senses, but above all, have some fun! Parents and carers can take the opportunity to enjoy a quiet hour and a half to themselves! The sessions are fully supervised but we do ask that you stay on site the whole time.

We ask children to come dressed in "messy clothes" as the activities often involve getting a little mucky.

All classes are supervised by Perrywood employees, all of whom have successfully completed a DBS (formerly CRB) check.

For more information please contact Rachel Keeble by email: rachel@perrywood.co.uk or Louise Clarke louise@perrywood.co.uk OR Telephone: 01376 570777. Rachel is available from 9am until 5pm on a Wednesday and Thursday or alternatively speak to Louise Clarke.
